Are you feeling a little on edge these days? Polar vortexes and increasingly violent storms got you down? Come release (your anxiety) with the Bearded Ladies Cabaret as we hit the ice at Independence Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest for a show that’s cool to the touch but hot to its core. Expect bracing comedy, wild camp, sultry costumes, and wintry spectacle at the first ever Bearded Ladies show on skates. Beards On Ice comes in two flavors: the steamy adult show Edging and the kid-friendly Family Skate. Both hour-long shows end with a free skate perfect for all skill levels. Hosted by Jarbeaux as Homo Sapien and featuring local drag superstars who have never laced up a skate alongside trained pros, catch this iceberg of a performance before it melts away. With Bren Thomas, Veronica Chapman-Smith, Dave Shapiro, MK Tuomanen, Sam Rise, Messapotamia Lefae, Michael Solonoski, Lili St Queer, and David Devan.
